How new is your equipment?
All of our equipment has been purchase new by Lil‘ Travelers.com. It is checked for wear and tear with every return and if anything is wrong it will be removed from inventory.
How will I receive my equipment, and where do you deliver?
We will deliver and pickup your equipment at the location of your choice and within a determined timeframe that is convenient for you. Our delivery destinations include all of Puerto Rico area to places such as vacations rentals, private residences, hotels, condos, airports, and bed and breakfast.
What if I need something not on your list?
We will be happy to accommodate special requests, as items are available. Please, call in advance for any special items you may need.
Can I rent Items for more than one week?
Absolutely. Items are available for daily, weekly or monthly rental. The weekly rate is based on 6 calendar days including the day of delivery and the day of pickup.
Is the baby equipment cleaned after each use?
We take cleaning to a whole new level when it comes to changing stations, tables, baby bottles, toys, cribs, etc… Not only is all the equipment cleaned impeccably, but each piece goes through our rigorous sanitization process where we use only kid-friendly bleachless sanitizer that completely removes germs and bacteria, as well as deodorizes. It's our promise to you that you're little one will have only the safest and most clean equipment.
Do you track manufactures recall?
We do more than track it, we look for it! All our baby equipment has been purchased new by Lil‘ Travelers.com. We safety check each peace before and after each rental. We also meticulously follow the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission website (www.cpsc.gov) which provides accurate and up to date recall information.
Is the equipment JPMA certified?
Yes! Our inventory is from the most famous and widely known name brands that meet all federal safety standards.
Will you install car seats?
Unfortunately, we cannot install car seats due to liability concerns, but we are more than happy to provide the instruction booklet for you, should you need it. You will find that most of the equipment is easy to install and worry-free.
What if I need to cancel?

Can you delivery to the airport?
Not a problem!
Can I pick up the equipment myself?
In order to ensure quality equipment and service we deliver and handle the items ourselves.
When does the rental term begin?
It will begin on your schedule delivery time.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
If you're not happy for any reason, we want to know! Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us. We'll accommodate you as best as possible to ensure a pleasant experience on the island.
What is the payment process?
Renting equipment couldn`t be easier! Through our easy to use and secure shopping cart at www.liltravelers.com, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and personal checks (payment must be made two weeks prior to delivery if paying by check). If you have any concerns about processing a payment through this method please contact us and we'll accommodate you.
How far in advance should I make a reservation?
Our advice is to make your reservation as early as possible, keeping in mind that during our busiest weeks, some equipment might not be available. Refer to our Cancellation and Delivery Policy for rates and fees.
Can I pay cash?
Sorry, but we do not accept cash payments.
